Focus on who you’re becoming, not what you have.

I don’t have anything material wise but a phone, a PS4, and a broken laptop. I can easily get depressed “my shoes are dirty” or “people don’t want to come to my house I don’t even have a comfy coach.“

Thinking this way will net you in a spiral of depression. Instead I focus on learning: reading or watching educationa/inspiration videos. I make sure I’m gaining my influence from positive people who already succeed; they don’t need to know I cyber stalk them to study them but I know hanging around with the people around me will keep me in depression.

So even though my shoes are dirty and my clothes barely fit I know it’s okay because I’m working my ass off staying dedicated to becoming a writer and making sure I stay educated to motivate the people who may read this.

“Don’t aspire to be rich, Aspire to make a difference” Is a beautiful quote by Denzel Washington. I read somewhere that 80% of millionaires started out in poverty I don’t know the truth behind this but I know I wouldn’t have the same drive if I grew up in a house everything was great.

Dont really know where I’m going but I believe in you the same way I believe in myself. We have to know who we want to be in life and work to becoming that. We have to know the steps to get there which comes from reading. Many brilliant people started out poor and know what it’s like; you can find their voice easy.

I guess I’m saying if your struggling and want to succeed then know who you want to become. Leave the distractions alone; if you chase the same materials as everyone else then you will always be like everyone else. Find a role model and start analyzing your mind and just strive to become a better person.

We all have a destiny but a lot of us ignore the destiny and focus on distractions; new phones, shoes, clothes, cars, etc.. When you realize all these are there to keep you distracted and make you ignore your destiny then your journey of life begins.
